Every item is made to order just for you. This allows us to offer unique, high-quality designs while reducing waste.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and printed within 2-5 business days before they are shipped. During Holidays, sales, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 3-7 business days
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, and the shipping carrier.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package's journey.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.
We also offer FREE standard shipping on orders of $50 or more (before taxes and after discounts) within the United States.
Multiple Packages
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately depending on the print facility or product type. If this happens, you'll receive tracking information for each shipment.
Delayed or Lost Packages
While we do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, Park & Co Designs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
If your package appears to be lost or hasn't arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we'll be happy to help work toward a resolution.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered production. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges to be reshipped.
