At Park & Co Designs, every item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we're here to make it right.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once reviewed, we'll gladly provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost if the issue is confirmed.
Size & Color Information
Please review the size chart and product details carefully before placing your order. Because each item is printed specifically for you, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect size selections.
Please note that colors may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings and the printing process.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only make changes before your order enters production. Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us. We'll work with the shipping carries to investigate and determine the best resolution.
